1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) gas mark 5.
2. Arrange turkey in a lightly buttered ovenproof dish.
3. Melt 25 g butter in a pan and fry the almonds for 2-3 minutes until golden. Add to the turkey.
4. Heat the remaining butter and stir in the flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add the lemon juice, seasoning and cheese, mix well.
5. Pour the sauce over the turkey and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
6. Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the top is golden.
