2 tbsp plain flour (All purpose)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
350 g pack 2 plaice fillets
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) 50 g unsalted butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp capers, drained
method
1. On a plate combine together the flour, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Then lightly dust the plaice fillets.
3. Heat the butter over a moderate heat in the frying pan until very hot.
4. Add the plaice fillets and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
5. Lastly add the lemon juice and capers, then serve.
