method
1. Grease and line a 22 cm square dish.
2. Mix together the flour, bicarbonate of soda, sugar, coconut and cocoa in a large bowl.
3. Place the margarine in a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Beat into the dry ingredients, with the eggs and milk, until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.
4. Cook on high for 8 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
5. Cut into squares to serve.
