1. Slice the figs horizontally in half, keeping the corresponding halves together.
2. Roughly chop the chocolate and place in a bowl with the ricotta and zest. Stir well.
3. Using a 5 ml spoon carefully place a spoonful of the ricotta onto the bottom half of each fig. Return the top half of each fig and place 5 figs onto each serving plate.
4. Drizzle the honey over the figs on each plate and serve.
