method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (375°F) Gas Mark 4. Grease and line a 22 cm springform tin.
2. Mix the butter with the biscuits and press into the tin.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients with a whisk until smooth and pour into the prepared tin.
4. Bake in the oven for one hour, 10 minutes until firm. Allow to cool, turn out and dust with icing sugar.
5. Serve with seasonal berries.
