Creme d'Amande

ingredients

serves: 6 - 8
1/2 cup (125 g) 4 oz sugar
1 stick (8 Tbsp) 115 g unsalted butter, softened
2 medium size eggs, beaten
1 cup (120 g) 4 oz ground almonds

method

1. Place the sugar and softened butter into a mixing bowl and beat until light and creamy.

2. Gradually add the beaten eggs and then add the ground almonds.

3. Mix thoroughly and use as required.
