3 tbsp (45 ml) sugar
3 tbsp water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar to sprinkle over the fruit

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°/gas mark 6
2. Rub butter into the flour or alternatively whiz in a blender. Stir in coconut and sugar.
3. Fill an oven proof dish with the apples, bananas and water.
4. Sprinkle over 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and top with the crumble mix.
5. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
