method
1. Blend together the oil, garlic, rosemary, mustard, lime zest and juice, and seasoning to taste.
2. Arrange the chops in a dish and coat with the marinade.
3. Cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
4. Grill or barbecue for 20 minutes or until cooked according to taste, basting occasionally with the marinade

I used Dijon mustard instead of the English mustard as I didn't wanted the mustard to overpower the lamb. Everybody loves this recipe, and it is always a success.

Rosemary, garlic sholderof lamb

Trying new recipe. coated lamb shoulder with garlic, rosemary, mustard and lemon becaude we had no limes. Marinate for 2 hrs. then slow oven bake on low for 2 ours. meat fell off the bone. yum. yum.
