4 lamb chops
150 g pot natural yogurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tbsp ground coriander
2 tsps turmeric
2 tsps paprika
juice of 1 lime
20 g pack fresh coriander, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
method
1. Place the lamb chops in a suitable non metallic dish.
2. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour evenly over the chops and leave to marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
3. Cook as per pack instructions and serve immediately with a crisp green salad.
