1. Preheat the grill to a moderate heat.
2. Place the pork shoulder chops on the grill pan and cook for approximately 15-18 minutes.
3. Meanwhile melt the butter in a medium sized frying pan, then add the sugar and apple and cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until the apples are caramelised and little liquid remains.
4. Spoon over the pork chops and serve with a selection of vegetables and roast potatoes.
