1. Heat a 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan, add the onions and cook over a moderate heat for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened and caramelised.
2. Remove from the heat and add seasoning to taste.
3. Meanwhile, grill the pork steaks following instructions on the pack.
4. Serve each pork steak topped with caramelised onions, half a sliced pear and crumbled Stilton.
5. Serve straight away.
