340 g boneless loin pork medallions
150 g pot natural yogurt

method
1. Place the pork into a non-metallic bowl, then add the yogurt, chilli powder, juice and zest of 1 lime and the coriander. Mix to combine.
2. Grill as per pack instructions and serve immediately with buttered new potatoes and fine green beans.
