1 clove garlic, finely chopped
juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp orange marmalade
2 tbsp clear honey
4 tbsp soy sauce

Well, after buying some pork loin chops I wasn't sure how best to cook them. Then I cam across this great recipe!! I had to make minor changes to the glaze (white wine as had no cider!) but the smell when cooking was gorgeous and they did taste really nice.
A simple recipe for a simply tasty meal, what more could one ask for?!! Thankyou.
