method
1. In a bowl combine together the first eight ingredients.
2. Place the pork ribs in a non-metallic dish, then spoon over the marinade.
3. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
5. Place the pork ribs on a baking tray and cook for 25 minutes.
6. Meanwhile cook the rice as per pack instructions.
7. To serve: Pile the rice onto individual plates and top with four ribs.
