1. Preheat the grill to a medium setting. Place the chops, molasses and soy sauce into a bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Arrange the chops, sausages, black pudding, mushrooms and tomatoes on a baking tray lined with foil. Place under the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning the meat occasionally.
3. Fry the bacon in a frying pan until cooked. Transfer to a serving plate and then add the oil to the frying pan. Heat until the oil is hot and add the potatoes gently as they may spit. Turn occasionally and continue to cook until golden brown and crisp. Drain on kitchen paper.
4. Ensure all items under the grill are cooked thoroughly and arrange with the bacon on serving plates. Add the potatoes and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Serve immediately.
