1 onion, peeled and grated
175 g tomato sauce
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 x 270 ml jar Gold African Curry sauce
1 kg pork ribs
method
1. Blend all the marinade ingredients together.
2. Place the pork ribs in a non-metallic dish then spoon over the marinade, leave to marinate for at least an hour.
3. Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Place the ribs on the grill pan and cook for 16-20 minutes, turning and basting with the excess marinade as you go.
