method
1. Cut the pork fillet into 21/2 cm cubes.
2. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, oil, sugar and some seasoning, to taste.
3. Add the pork, mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Thread the pork and kiwifruit on to 4 skewers and place under a preheated moderate grill for 6-8 minutes, turning and basting occasionally until cooked and golden.
