Pork with Cider, Mustard and Thyme recipe
ingredients
1 Onion, chopped
1 1/2 pork fillets, sliced
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt cider
3 tsp wholegrain mustard
2 - 3 sprigs thyme
2 tbsp low fat Crème fraîche
salt and pepper

method
1. Soften the onion in a little oil, add pork fillets and brown.
2. Pour in the cider, wholegrain mustard and thyme.
3. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the pork is cooked through.
4. Season and stir in the low fat Crème fraîche
