method
1. Cook the potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes or until just soft.
2. Meanwhile, preheat the grill and cook the peppers for 10 minutes or until until charred and turn once.
3. Cook the steaks according to the pack instructions under the grill.
4. One minute before the end of cooking top with a quarter of the cheese.
5. Cook until golden brown.
6. Take off and discard the skin of the peppers and slice into thin even strips.
7. Drain the potatoes and mash with garlic, milk and butter then stir in the peppers carefully.
8. Serve the pork on top of the mash.
