method
1. Preheat a grill to a high heat.
2. Mix the beef, onions, parsley, salt, sauce, and pepper to taste in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Divide into 14 portions and shape each into a flat round about 2 cm thick. Cook under a preheated hot grill/broiler for 8 - 12 minutes or until cooked through, piping hot and no pink colour remains. Turn the burger occasionally during the cooking time.
3. Slice the buns in half and place a hamburger on the bottom half of each.
4. Top with a few slices of dill cucumber and onion and cover with the top half of the bun.
5. Serve with corn relish.
