3 - 4 tbsp tomato and chilli relish
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices cooked turkey
8 cooked cocktail sausages, halved
2 - 3 slices cooked stuffing of your choice
4 cherry tomatoes, sliced

method
1. Cut the ciabatta in half horizontally. Spread each half of the ciabatta with the chilli relish.
2. On the bottom half of the sandwich lay over the lettuce leaves, slices of turkey, halved sausages, slices of stuffing and tomatoes.
3. Put the two halves together and cut into 4 slices to serve
