1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the turkey breasts and cook as per pack instructions.
2. In the meantime, cook the potatoes as per pack instructions.
3. In a saucepan empty the contents of the jar of hollandaise and heat as per pack instructions, then stir in the chopped tomato and tarragon.
4. Cook the brocolli as per pack instructions.
5. Divide the potatoes and broccoli between the individual serving plates, then add a turkey breasts, spoon over some of the sauce and serve immediately.
