1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) gas mark 2
2. Rub the potatoes with the oil and a mix of salt and paprika. Use chilli powder as well for more of a kick. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in the preheated oven.
3. Brown the beef mince and add the chilli con carne, following the individual cooking instructions.
4. Top the potatoes with the sauce, a spoonful of soured cream and a sprinkle of fresh chives.
