Sausage Stuffing

ingredients

1 1/2 lb.(675 g) pork sausage meat
2 cups (4 oz) 120g fresh white breadcrumbs
2 chopped shallots
4 oz (100 g) minced belly pork
1 beaten egg
salt and black pepper

method

1. Work the breadcrumbs and the shallots into the sausage meat, together with the minced pork.

2. Bind the stuffing with the egg and season to taste.
