method
1. Combine the beef in a bowl with the garlic, ginger, chilli power, coriander and yoghurt.
2. Allow to marinate overnight if possible.
3. Dip the beef shreads into the egg, separating them if possible, then fold into the breadcrumbs.
4. As you coat the beef, separate the pieces.
5. Deep fry small batches of beef pieces in the hot oil until crispy and golden, 3-4 minutes only.
6. Serve with lettuce.
