1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in the milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continually until thickened and smooth.
2. Stir in the dolcelatte, turkey and seasoning to taste
3. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the tagliatelle, bring back to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain well and stir into the sauce.
4. Serve straight away sprinkled with the breadcrumbs and parsley.
