method
1. Heat a 1 tbsp of oil in a medium frying pan. Seal each turkey steak, then remove from the pan and put to one side.
2. Heat the remaining oil and cook the onion until softened. Add the garlic and thyme and cook for a further minute.
3. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and turkey steaks to the pan, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. Blend in the cornflour and stir until the sauce thickens, add seasoning to taste. Serve with rice or creamy mashed potato.
