method
1. Preheat a hot grill. Place the peppers under the grill skin side up for 5 minutes until the skin blackens. Peel and discard the skins from the peppers and slice the flesh into strips.
2. Peel, halve and deseed the pawpaw and slice the flesh into strips.
3. Arrange the peppers, pawpaw, tayberries, watercress and turkey on a serving platter.
4. Place the olive oil, vinegar, mustard and honey with seasoning to taste in a screwtop jar. Seal and shake vigorously. Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
