method
1. Heat a large spoon of oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the cashew nuts until they are golden brown, then remove them from the pan.
2. Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the turkey breasts for 4-5 minutes until sealed on both sides.
3. Pour over the yellow bean sauce and water then continue cooking gently for a further 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the cashew nuts just before serving.
