method
1. Mix together the turkey mince, red onion, zest of lime and coriander. Season with a pinch of salt and a little black pepper.
2. Shape into 4 burgers. Heat the oil and fry in a frying pan over a moderate heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked through.
3. Toast the buns and spread each with 2 tsp of salsa sauce.
4. Add a little salad to the bun then the burger and top with the lid of the bun.
