l 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 cup (230 g) whole wheat flour
1 cup (100 g) All purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp. bread-machine yeast
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup 7-grain, 12-grain or muesli cereal
method
1. Measure ingredients into baking pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
2. Insert pan into oven chamber. Select whole wheat cycle.
