Turkey in Red Wine and Herb Sauce recipe

ingredients

3 tbsp sunflower oil
500 g diced turkey thigh
1 x 500 g (17 1/2 oz) jar Red Wine and Herb Sauce
1/2 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
1/2 green pepper, deseeded and cut into strips

method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4..

2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and stir-fry the turkey until it is sealed on all sides.

3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and pour over the jar of sauce.

4. Bake in the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes before the end of cooking add the pepper strips
