3 tbsp oil
425 g turkey breast,sliced in thin strips
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
200 g frozen mixed peppers
160 g jar black bean sauce
4 spring onions, trimmed and cut on the diagonal
1/2 cup (75 g) 3 oz blanched almonds, cut into silvers
method
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok.
2. Add the turkey and garlic and stir-fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Add the peppers and cook for a further 2 minutes.
4. Add the black bean sauce, spring onions and almonds. Cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes until warmed through.
