Turkey with Creamy Curry Sauce

ingredients

serves: 4
3 tbsp sunflower oil
500 g turkey breasts
500 g jar creamy curry sauce

method

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the turkey breasts until they are sealed on both sides approximately 2 minutes.

2. Pour in the curry sauce and cook gently for approximately 6 - 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked through.
