For the vanilla mash
Put the potatoes into a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and mash together with the remaining ingredients.
Put to one side and keep warm.
For the panfried fish
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
In the meantime combine together the flour and seasoning and use to dust the fish fillets.
Cook as per pack instructions.
Whilst the fish is cooking, cook the beans as per pack instructions then drain.
To serve
Pile the mash onto individual plates top with some fine green beans and the fish fillet, finishing with a wedge of lemon if desired.
