Country French Loaf

ingredients

2/3 cup water (70 - 80° F.)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 tsp salt
2 cup (280 g) bread flour
2 tbsp. medium rye flour
2 tbsp. whole-wheat flour (whole grain)
3 tbsp instant dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp. bread machine yeast

method

1. Select 1-pound loaf size.

2. Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer, adding yogurt with water.

3. Process in basic/white bread cycle, medium/normal color setting.

4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

5. Makes 1 one-pound loaf.
