2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1 pound Dark chocolate cut into small bits
1 shot Kirschwasser (cherry liquor)
4 Bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
method
1. Bring the cream to a boil in a large sauce pan then lower the heat to a simmer and add the chocolate and stir well using a whip.
2. When the chocolate is all melted, turn off the heat and add the Kirschwasser while continuing to whip the fondue.
3. Transfer to a fondue pot and using fondue forks dip the banana and enjoy!
