1. Cut a thin slice off the tops of the rolls and reserve. Scoop out the centre crumbs leaving a good shell.
2. Beat the butter in a bowl and finely grate in the orange rind. Blend in the parsley and pepper until smooth, then mix in the bacon.
3. Pack the mixture into the rolls and replace the top. Wrap each roll in foil, sealing well.
4. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) mark 6 for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot straight from the foil parcel.
