Peanut Velvet recipe

ingredients

568 ml (1 pint) fresh milk
3 oz (75 g) 6 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
50g (2oz) sago or tapioca
2 tbsp (25 g) 1 oz sugar
150 g (5oz) natural yogurt
50 ml (2 fl oz) whipping cream, whipped
Dry roasted peanuts

method

1. Bring the milk, peanut butter and sago to the boil. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens, mix in the sugar. Cool.

2. Fold in the yogurt. Spoon into serving dishes,

3. Serve chilled and decorate with cream and peanuts
