Chocolate Chip Muffins

ingredients

2 cups (225 g) 8 oz self raising (self rising) flour
2/3 cup (100 g) 4 oz self raising (self rising)wholemeal flour (whole grain)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 banana, mashed
3/8 cup (75 g) brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup (1/2 pint) 300 ml fresh milk
3/4 stick (6 Tbsp) 3 oz (75 g) butter, melted
4 oz (100 g) chocolate chips

method

1. Sieve the flours and baking powder.

2. Mix banana and sugar until smooth, add the eggs, milk and butter.

3. Stir into dry ingredients with the chocolate chips.

4. Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.

5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) Mark 6 for 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

I do not find this recipe very good. My muffins did not turn out the way they were supposed to also the recipe was not very self explanitary

I did try these muffins several times and I am not sure you even made those muffins yourself in the picture as mine did not turn out anything like those ones and I am a very good cook. Therefore I was very disappointed. Sorry, but it did not meet my requirements.

This recipe was a disgrace but they looked nice .How come the image looked better than?
