8 oz (225 g) Blue Stilton cheese
1 lb (450 g) tomatoes, skinned and thinly sliced
small bunch of spring onions, trimmed and chopped
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt French dressing
chopped fresh chives to garnish
method
1. Cut the cheese into sticks; it does not matter if it crumbles.
2. Arrange the tomatoes and cheese in a shallow plate with the onions. Spoon over the French dressing. Cover and chill.
