A topping for grilled steaks, garlic bread and cooking mushrooms.
1 cup (225 g) butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Cut the butter into chunks and put in a blender or food processor with the garlic and seasoning.
2. Process for a few moments until smooth. Turn into a glass container, cover well and store in the refrigerator until required.
3. It can be stored for up to 1 month.
