method
1. Roll out the pastry to an oblong 30.5 x 25.5 cm (12 x 10 inches). Brush with beaten egg.
2. Scatter over the grated cheese and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Roll up tightly lengthwise, rolling from each side until the rolls meet in the centre. Cut across into ten pieces.
4. Place cut side down on greased baking sheet and flatten with a round-bladed knife.
5. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) mark 6 for 15 -18 minutes or until brown and crisp.
6. Ease off baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.
