small bunch of fresh herbs, such as basil, tarragon, parsley, dill
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/4 cup (1/2 pint) 300 ml natural yoghurt
salt and freshly ground black pepper
method
1. Put the herbs in a blender or food processor and process for a few seconds until roughly chopped.
2. Add the lemon juice, yoghurt and seasoning. Process for a few seconds.
3. Check the seasoning and serve well chilled.
