Melba Sauce recipe

Melba sauce is used with fresh peaches and ice cream.
ingredients
8 oz (225 g) fresh raspberries
7/8 cup (100 g) icing sugar (confectioners sugar)

method
1. Put the raspberries and sugar into a blender or food processor.
2. Process for a few seconds until smooth, then sieve into a bowl to remove the pips.
