2 tbls dry English mustard
4 tbls medium-sweet red wine
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbls chutney
a pinch of Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp (25 g) butter
method
1. Blend the mustard with a little of the wine.
2. Add the rest of the wine, the sauce, chutney, and Cayenne pepper.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
4. Pour in the wine mixture and heat to boiling point, beating well. Use at once.
5. Serve with grilled meat.
