1. Put rice in bowl with 350 ml (12 fl oz) boiling water. Part cover.
2. Cook 100% (High) 4 minutes, then 60% (Medium) 20 minutes. Drain. Cool.
3. Combine the rice, cheeses, egg and seasoning. spread mixture in flan dish.
4. Cook 100% (High) 4 minutes.
5. Cook broccoli in 60 ml (4 tbsp) water 5 minutes.
6. Drain and arrange over rice crust.
7. Spread tomatoes over, sprinkle with basil and seasoning.
8. Cook 3 minutes.
Serve from dish.
