1. Put prepared asparagus spears in one layer with tips toward centre in a microwave oven dish.
2. Add 75 ml (3 fl oz) water.
3. Part cover, cook 100% (High) 7-8 minutes, turning dish twice.
4. For sauce, use only juice of 1/2 orange and 45 ml (3 tbsp) wine.
5. Put into a bowl and cook, uncovered, 100% (High) 1 1/2 minutes.
6. Whisk into yogurt and egg in a bowl.
7. Cook, uncovered, 100% (High) 2-2 1/2 minutes, whisking 2 or 3 times.
Garnish and serve.
