1 large Galia or Charentais melon, halved and seeded
175 g (6 oz) black (Concord) grapes, halved and seeded
3 oz (75 g) seedless green grapes
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 2 limes
pinch of ground Mixed Spice (All Spice / Pumpkin pie spice)
fresh mint sprigs, to decorate (optional)
method
1. Scoop the melon flesh into balls with a melon bailer or peel and cut into fine dice.
2. Mix the melon in a bowl with the grapes, orange juice, lime juice and mixed spice.
