method
1. Wash the apricots and take the seeds out of them.
2. Place the apricots into a blender and puree until smooth.
3. In a sauce pan, place pureed apricots.
4. Add about 1 tablespoon corn starch and mix until blended well.
5. Add about 1 cup sugar to the apricots and mix with a spoon.
6. Cook on about medium-heat until slightly thickened.
7. Let cool and serve over ice cream, pancakes, or waffles.
